“Not the most convenient stay for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque”
We stayed at this property through a booking website and were a bit disappointed with certain aspects of the experience. The hotel is around 7 miles from Masjid al-Nabawi, which makes getting to the mosque quite a hassle. There’s no hotel shuttle service for drop-off, so each visit required arranging a taxi ourselves. Unfortunately, the taxi prices varied each time, making it unpredictable and sometimes costly.
We found that using the Careem app was the most reliable option for transport, usually costing between 10-15 SAR per trip, which saved us from the hassle of inconsistent taxi fares. Additionally, the hotel had no hot water during our stay, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day out.
Overall, while the hotel may work for some travelers, those planning to visit the Prophet’s Mosque frequently might find it less convenient.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. It exceeded all of our expectations. The place is clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The owner (Mr Tariq) was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home here. We highly recommend this apartment and would give it 20 stars!
Very big, neat and clean and new apartment in very good location. Separate entrance with elevator and bonus is roof. Very good are to stay in Madinah 10 minutes to Haram if roads are not blocked.
This is an apart hotel where theyre also long term rentals. This means that there are also kids playing, families living. The staff were kind and happy. Also flexible with changing the room when it was possible. Wifi was ok when you got the signal. This is the cheapest apartment you can get with this distance to haram and price. 15-20 min walk to masjid nabawi. No visible insects or bugs.
The location is good, young people can walk it to Haram in 15 min max. Apartment is spacious and good for a family. You can cook your own food in the kitchen. Plenty of food options around. Local shops are great especially the fresh bakery on the road. Taxis are very frequent.
