Breakfast is handled by the restaurant below the apartment. During booking it says only "continental breakfast" however the menu provided at the restaurant contained more breakfast options such as Croque Madame, French Toast, Omelet and sandwiches.
Apartment also had AC. Despite it being right above the restaurant and nearby to the center, with the windows closed and AC on, you could sleep well.

In addition to all the other reviews written about this guesthouse, all I can add is as the title say's, 'simply fantastic'. Very traditional, beautifully clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need not to mention the beautiful garden. Maya (the owner) was extremely friendly and helpful. Such a great host. An absolute pleasure to have met her.
All in all, so glad we visited Subotica and couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. We can not recommend this guesthouse highly enough and we will definitely return.

The location was central, close to everything, and very near a nice bakery. Self check-in was easy, though it would have been more seamless if the instructions had been sent before arrival. The AC, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly. There's a small fridge to keep your food and drinks, and basic cooking utensils were also provided. Room was spacious for single occupation.

It’s perfectly located in the heart of the old city, but in a calm and beautiful inner yard. Everything in the apartment is very convenient and comfy:
- good healthy mattress on a huge bed
- first floor stays very cool during the summer heat
- a lot of sitting and resting spaces

Ben’s apartment is so cute and full of character! We had everything we needed for cooking, an oven and cooktop, pots and pans, even coffee. There is a washer in the unit which was really nice and even English TV haha. The building itself is really cool and very safe. Ben was an amazing host, he picked us up from the bus station, gave us a driving tour of Subotica, told us about the history, and even took us to Lake Palic during our stay! I would recommend Suflat to anyone wanting to visit Subotica.
The flat is 15 minutes walk from the center of the city. It’s clean, comfortable, have everything you need for staying for a few days to discover this perfect city and feel comfortable in the apartment. The parking is onsite and you can get it anytime because you have a distance key.

We stayed for 1 day in Marta's apartment and it met our expectations every step of the way. It's a nice, cozy flat near Subotica center and it gives a great value for money. Doubtlessly one of the best apartment I have stayed in while travelling and I ,really ,do travel a lot, both for work & pleasure. The apartment is central, modern, brand new, has comfortable beds, well equipped (more than you need for a short stay) very clean, cozy, with has new kitchen utensils. The bathroom is provided with hygiene products.
Has a lovely terrace, lift and just a 2 minutes walk to a supermarket, restaurants.
