Location is great but only in ski season AND with snow. We went around New Year (peak season) but there was no snow, so the "gondola" and restaurants were not working and we end up spending a lot of money on taxis which defeated the whole idea of staying in Brzece. The owner and the maintenance guy were excellent.
Always check if the gondola is working. If it's working, then you have a great value for money but if it's not...

The best thing is location. Apartment is just 50m away from gondola Brzece-Mali Karaman. Ski service is 5m only from the entrance, and you literally ski back from gondola to apartment.
The apartment is nice and cosy. A lot of space for mountain apartment. I was particularly surprised with kitchen and all tiny things included, like coffee, tea, oil, rakija, but also kettler, toster, instant coffee mixer.... nothing is missing, really. There is a big closet, and a lot of drawers in the bathroom.
