The place is amazing, with the terase where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
Small but full stacked kitchen, beautiful room, and amazing skylights in the bathroom and over the stairs to the next floor.
Towels, rack to air dry our clothes, and a very nice lady that came to clean every day or ask us if we need anything. She even washed the small courtyard after a heavy rain to make sure that we could have coffee relaxed next morning.
Walking distance to the beach and huge windows, a lot of natural light was left into the room if you decided to let the blackout curtains aside from the windows, or total cover the windows allowing you to sleep late very comfortable.

The apartment is new, in a new building, located at 2nd floor; it is very spacious although is a studio type, and has plenty of spaces where you can keep your stuff; the kitchen is pretty well equipped and you can cook for yourself and your family. It has AC which was not initially listed in the facilities which helps keeping cool during summer. It is very close to the monastery and the lake.
the building is quite new I think, or just maybe is very well kept. big and high apartments, you have everything you need. full kitchen, big beds, quite impressed for a location in Techirghiol.
