The place is amazing, with the terase where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
Small but full stacked kitchen, beautiful room, and amazing skylights in the bathroom and over the stairs to the next floor.
Towels, rack to air dry our clothes, and a very nice lady that came to clean every day or ask us if we need anything. She even washed the small courtyard after a heavy rain to make sure that we could have coffee relaxed next morning.
Walking distance to the beach and huge windows, a lot of natural light was left into the room if you decided to let the blackout curtains aside from the windows, or total cover the windows allowing you to sleep late very comfortable.

Quiet neighborhood, 10 mins walk from beach, restaurants snd shops. Lovely apartment fully kitted out and very clean. What made our stay exception was our hosts Carmen and Aihan, very friendly, hospitable and genuine people. Lots of local advice and a boat trip as well! Definitely the highlight of our trip. If we go to Eforie Sud again, we would definitely stay with them.
resonable distance from the beach, the flat was clean, good sized for a family with kids , appliances fully functional, especially the AC was extremly useful, not to mention the washing machine,few shops and a farmacy nearby. the host was nice and friendly , she even provided us cleaning products, clean towels, laundry pods,toilet paper,etc .
Hosts where amazing, good and caring people. House was clean, the bathroom was a bit smaller, but for a short stay of vacation, it did not matter that much. Not far from the centre, not far from the beach.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, offers a lot of space, it's very clean and very well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, although you can still hear the cars on the main road. It has a big, nice terrace. The owner is a very lovely lady!
We liked everything. The personnel (as we understood, they are the family?) was super nice, kind and attentive! Breakfast and morning coffee were always fresh and tasty. We liked the apartment which had a cosy veranda. The villa location is excellent - couple minutes from the sea. Also absolutely liked the sea beach at Eforie Sud, I think it was the largest beach I've visited in my life. Overall can't help but recommend you to spen your vacation here!
The hotel itself looks great and rooms are comfortable. We stayed in an apartment with a balcony and a view towards the sea (nr 113) and although there was a small mix-up in the beginning everything turned out great in the end. The staff was very helpful and polite, the food was great (Vlad is an extraordinary cook🤘) and the indoor pool is great for sipping a cocktail.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and the amenities are great. Plus, you can sleep with the windows open.
We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was looking very good, new, and clean. The apartment was spacious and the bed was very comfy. :)
There is an indoor kitchen and also one outside.
The location is close to cochilia beach and close to Lidl store.
The hosts were very nice and willing to help with anything. We will definetly come back the next year.
