I needed an apartment sooner than later, the ability to rent it in a short time for a good price was a major criteria.
Also, the apartment's owner is an excellent person and with understanding made concessions on check-in/check-out time (an hour or two earlier than scheduled)
Kind cooperation and swift reply from Marius (as owner). All you need is there. The parking lot is close to the building, protected. A quiet and comfortable apartment. Two aircons are sufficient to keep the ambient temperature inside at a good level. Public transport, Lidl all that things are in close proximity.
The apartment was very clean, there was good parking nearby and there was a selection of shops and restaurants around too. The host was easy to communicate with.
