Beautiful, peaceful property. Both Cláudia and Nicole were excellent hosts. They did everything to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The location was very good for traveling to different sites on Sao Miguel but you do need a car. We were in a studio with a terrace which was perfect for two. Highly recommend this property!

This property is very nice. The gardens are beautiful and the property manager was phenomenal ! Our unit was very clean and easy to acclimate to. There wasn't a welcome basket: only a bottle of wine. HOWEVER, the breakfast basket delivered each morning was more than enough and provided choices for snacks throughout the day. Bed was very comfortable. The property would be awesome for families !

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. We were able to find street parking across the street every day. Everything was very well thought out like colored towels to take to the hot springs, clothes line, nice touches throughout. Great place for those who want to self cater. We would definitely stay here again.

He was super helpful in advance of our arrival with recommendations for activities and restaurants.The apartment is great and furnished with a lot of love for detail.The location and the view fom the terrace was amazing. Great location, perfect cleanliness and wonderful, helpful owners. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you may need during your vacation. The town is charming and a great base for exploring the island. You will also be happy if you plan a quiet holiday by the beach. 10/Be sure to try the cookies from the confectionery shop downstairs. It is not without reason that they are known all over the island.

The apartment was well-equipped (coffee, washing machine, oil, salt, sugar, a welcome present, etc) and located (less than 10 min walk from the see-side, the main street to get the highway nearby, good space for parking the car, among others). All clean and in excellent condition; bed of good quality and quiet neighborhood.
The apartment was amazing. Nice views of cute town and some mountains in distance and sky. Good light and ability to open windows. Apartment is very comfortable and has what you need for long or short stay.

Our plane from Toronto arrived very early and she allowed us to check in much earlier than the time agreed in the contract. Special thanks for this.

This apartment was simply perfect. For a longer stay as for (unfortunately) one night.
It's really affordable. But I made a mistake and damaged a thing. So it was expensive for me :) I did this voluntarily, they deserve good behaviour from their guests.
Modern and clean apartment/studio. Fully equipped kitchen. Good location, in the centre of Vila Franca. A bit noisy outside on weekend nights but closed windows kept the noise out pretty well. When we arrived the WiFi was not working but we contacted the host and the problem was solved immediately. Street parking (free) in front of the apartment.
