Location was excellent. Sonia who owns it was very friendly and helpful.
On site food is mainly snacks and tapas, but is very good and that and the drinks were very reasonably priced.

It's really close to one of the doors on the wall of the castle and it has parking right in front. There's also a café just a few meters away which comes in very handy, as there are no shops for 1,5km. There are two or three restaurants and hotels near by.
The house is tiny and simple, with no extra comforts. It's fine for one person or a couple. There's a common area (kitchen and living room), a bedroom and a bathroom. There were two heaters (one in the bedroom and the other in the living room/kitchen area) and an air conditioner in the bathroom, which helped to keep the house warm. There's an electric stove, a combi microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine, and kitchenware for 2. There's also a hair dryer and extra covers for the bed.
Set within 1.2 km of Foz do Arelho Lagoon Beach and 15 km of Obidos Castle in Foz do Arelho, Camarção Violante offers accommodation with seating area.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Old apartments, need an update to meet today's standard. Further more the pool was very dirty and there were swimming frogs in the pool as well. Also a lot of the apartments on the park are still under construction.
Wonderful nature, wellkept gardens, helpful reception staff, long swimming pool for swimming and a small gym with generous opening hours.
The apartment had a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals and blending own smoothies.
Very near located to the Obidos lagoon to go for a run or walk and kite surf lessons. As well, nearby Praia the Cortico with its stunning, long, sandy beach and Beach bar with excuisite cuisine and drinks.
Excellent resort. Villa was very good value for money. Reception staff and security guards were courteous. Very well equipped in excellent location. Even though it is self catering, you can choose to have breakfast or dinner at the restaurant.
Spacious accommodation and nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen utensils, everything you would need for self catering.
Daily cleaning, bed making and clean towels every day was a nice surprise. Having upstairs and downstairs bathrooms was good.
Views were fantastic and very quiet location, extremely tranquil and relating place
All the staff were great
If you need to stay in this area this variant is good. There is all needed in the kitchen to cook, apliances like dish-washer machine, washing machine, toster, coffee machine, fridge, etc. But you need to bring everything with you to use them. During our stay there were no flies as others mentioned maybe because of season. I saw anti-fly spray provided by host in apartment but I didn't use it. In general good place to have rest after walking in neiborhood. We also liked to to watch at horses.
