Quinta da Paz is a perfect place to calm down and relax! The gardens are amazing with the avocado and mandarin trees and we enjoyed the eggs of the chickens. Claudia is super friendly and gives you a lot of tips about the island. Also the jacuzzi is great to relax in after a day of hiking (just be aware that it closes at 19:00h). There is a supermarket within walking distance. There are also bikes available.

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Photos are deceptive. Initially we booked at Pedra do Mar but once we realised we had been given the ground floor flat we immediately demanded to be moved, which was done quickly and to a much nicer location.
The ground floor studio has one window that opens up at the street level. Other than that, no windows. Be very careful which floor you’re booking.
Very nice and clean apartment, amazing views! The apartment felt very luxurious, it had a very well equipped kitchen and very nice rain shower.

Beautiful new large apartment with amazing ocean views. The sound of the sea surf was unrepeatable. It is situated in a good place. It is close to Ponta Delgado by car. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate his interest in us and our stay. We highly recommend.
The location is great, the view from the property is just picturesque. The apartment is big enough with properly equipped kitchen. The outside terrasse make it so special.

I was staying at Oasis House for the 2nd time and also recommended it to a couple of friends who loved it! It is a hidden gem! Just check the photos and add the fresh breeze from the ocean to feel the vibe! The apartment on the ground floor (Coral) is a bit more spacious, and on the 1st floor (Pearl) has a glass balcony to observe the ocean to the maximum! I liked both of them. Everything looks exactly as on the photos. Super nice stay and sincere recommendations! P.S. many thanks to the manager for responsiveness and caring!
