We were made feel very welcome upon arrival, João was extremely friendly and helpful. We were taken to our room which was really pleasant and well appointed, with a very large and comfortable bed. Towels for the use of the exterior pool were brought to us and he also suggested his best places where to eat for the evening dinner. The buffet breakfast was perfect, enough choice to satisfy most people, plenty of Nespresso coffee types and the food counter was regularly replenished. João proved to be very professional, friendly, attentive and available to the guests needs. Great location, steps away from the center of Seia and free parking across the street.

First of all the responses and replies from Paula and Marcia were excellent, prompt and informative. Never have we seen such quick responses any time of the day...I was -4hr GMT.
The apartment was clean and comfortable...All amenities for a comfortable stay was available.
.They were there to greet us and explained everything in detail. They arranged a nice, must visit, cheese making factory.
The breakfast was excellent.

We booked this place last minute and we're afraid it would be available but Vitoria welcomed us and made us feel totally at home. The house is super comfortable, clean and hospitable. The location is lovely! And Victoria is just the best host, she even gifted us with some Cabidela, a traditional Portuguese dish, that she cooked herself on the fire! It was delicious! Ah and we also got some seasonal fruits to bring home with us. I would totally recommend staying with Victoria!

I loved this apartment. I felt I could live there. Very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. Everything was in good condition and working order. Beautiful views from the covered roof terrace. The location is very central in the town. I didn’t meet the owner but the check in details were clear. He was polite and helpful when I contacted him by phone.

Lurdes was very welcoming and the apartment was warm and cozy when we arrived. The apartment was very spacious and bright, the balcony had a beautiful view, the kitchen is fully equipped and even has a washer/dryer and the beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect place to stay in Serra da Estrela with our kids.
