Excellent location, fantastic hosts, brilliant facilities, top of the line apartment; the inside and outside pool as well as the jacuzzi are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is well equipped, not very big but has very comfortable beds and 5-star towels and bathrobes. Location is very good for sightseeing northern Portugal as well as visiting Ponte de Barca itself. In short: if you are looking for a great stay with very hospital hosts in North of Portugal: this is the place to go!
A superb set of apartments with great facilities (2 pools and a jacuzzi) - all relatively close to the Peneda Geres national park. If we came back we would definitely look to reserve one of the larger apartments looking towards the garden area.
The location was perfect it's right in the centre of the village. The apartment was recently renovated so it looked amazing. The hosts were very kind and helpful.
The apartment was incredible the bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. You don't need to bring any equipment because the apartment had everything. Even towels!! I really enjoyed my stay and can't wait to go back!
The apartment is clean , comfortable and well equipped. There is a balcony overlooking the river and the old bridge. Chairs a table and barbecue equipment are provided.
The accommodation was in a lovely spot overlooking the river with a good selection of restaurants and bars close by.

The lady who met us was really friendly and had left a bottle of wine, fresh fruit and some beautiful flowers which were much appreciated.
Wow what an absolutely beautiful, riverfront apartment. Incredibly clean, modern and the hosts Alberta and Francisco were attentive to all our questions and requests. What we especially loved, was the generosity of hosts - extra towels, toilet paper, and lovely welcoming gifts of local fruits, wine. Loved location in the old town, so clean, so quiet and the breathtakingly beautiful views from our apartment.
The apartment is very modern and clean. Super comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the river. Did lots of walks and good restaurants nearby. The apartment is very well equipped and the hosts very responsive. If stairs are an issue, there is an elevator.
A fantastic modern apartment with great views over the river , we have 5 Portuguese grandchildren and the apartment and dining table was big enough to invite them all over for lunch
, we will be staying again for sure we have stayed in ponte da baca many times but this apartment is far the best
