We loved our stay in Be Alva. In a secluded location a few new and modern units just on the edge of a small river. The hosts were very nice and attentive and we welcomed their offer to visit their goat farm. The kids enjoyed playing outside and we enjoyed the solitude and the nature surrounding us. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Breakfast basket was charming.

Paula and Marcia are the best hosts we've ever stayed with. When we travel, we enjoy getting to know people through food and agriculture, and they were 100% helpful with that. They made it their mission to make our trip as pleasant as possible. They were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. We thought of them not only as our residence hosts, but our tour guides, and our friends. The room was clean, and comfortable, and the breakfasts were the best of our portuguese vacation! The water pressure was great, with unlimited hot water. Internet worked well with ~30/20Mbps and 30ms latency.

The apartment was spacious and spotless. It is beautifully designed with attention to detail and quality. Even on a cool, rainy, fall day, it was very cozy and warm. Great sound-proofing. The river was soothing and lovely to look at. In warmer months it would be an excellent places for families or couples to relax and kayak on the river. The hosts were gracious and kind. The breakfast basket delivered to the room was generous and included honey and compote from their quinta.

Everything was amazing. Will was a very friendly host and the apartment had everything we needed and more. You can clearly see that the host thought of every single detail to make their guests feel comfortable.
This was a lovely apartment with nice views to the hills. The kitchen was very well equipped and the coffee from the built-in coffee maker was very good. On both sunny and rainy days, it was nice to be in the apartment.
The apartment was beautiful and cosy. The breakfast was amazing. Check in and check out processes were smooth.
