Fabulous little house that was beautiful and incredibly practical. The 2 bedrooms upstairs each have their own little bathroom and the first floor is open planned and very comfortable. The ac worked perfectly (thank goodness because it was an oven outside) and all the appliances were clean and well maintained.The view from the back balcony was lovely. The house was centrally located with free parking just a few minutes away. The owner is at the shop downstairs and was lovely and accommodating. With no hesitation, this is a perfect house for visiting Amarante.

Good location on a pedestrian street. Apartment was newer and reflected owner's attempt to provide quality appliances. Good sized bathroom and working clothes washer. After finding parking and getting luggage inside the apartment, there is no need for a car. City center is close, safe, a comfortable walking experience.

The host Sandra was really friendly and welcoming! The area was nice and quiet, just surrounded by nature. The house itself was very small, but great for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and everything was nice and clean. The pool area was really nice and the views were beautiful :))
The apartment we stayed at (called "Espigueiro") had lots of space for us. The pool area had two swimming pools from where you could look at the beautiful river valley. The restaurant and breakfast were really tasty, and we also ate looking at the landscape.
