The place looked recently renovated/remodeled and nice. They had welcome bottled water and some crackers and jam, which was helpful to keep the kids appetite in check when we arrived and before going for dinner, but wouldn't be sufficient for breakfast. We were lucky to find a good parking spot on the street behind the apartment, only a short walk from the entrance. Price was fair, and the visiting the town was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Aardinia. The apartment was very spacious, perfect for our family, it has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a big living room with a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge, coffee machine and all amenities. Everything is super clean.
The location of the place is perfect, it is in a calm pedestrian area, close to the main square and city attractions.
The communication with the host was perfect. A highly recommended place!

Hotel located on top of a hill with fantastic view on wine yards on all sides. Nice swimming pool. Great breakfast with self made stuff, jams, juice, fruit. Exceptionally wonderful host with heart of gold! Self made port wine is offered. Very, very quiet place.

The property is only 3kms from Lamengo centre and as we arrived we called Jorge about the lockbox for keys. not only did he give me clear directions, within 2 minutes his friend Antonio wads there to help us get settled.

Excellent communication. We were met at the apartment by the friendly owner who showed us around and was very generous, having left us some local food and some port. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfy, as well as very good value. The bedrooms were at the rear of the property, hence they were very quiet at night.

Great location and though apartment do not have designated parking slot, in just 1 min walk there is a free public parking slot and we had no problem in finding a free space there.
Just is front of the entrance there's an excellent restaurant "Douro Excellence" high quality meals and wines.
We were positively surprised by the size of apartment and quality of the room in general. Everything was clean, a lot of equipment, doors locking with the code, no keys needed - 10/10.

Also liked the door entry keyless set up! There are no u s b ports ( for telephone ) in the unit and for overseas travelers this can be a problem with no plugs . Also the room wasn’t serviced, so hock I wasn’t aware of but not a problem . Staff over email were very courteous and helpful ! Thank you ! I would highly recommend!
The location was ideal, the apartment was very clean and well stocked. The communication information was thorough and made arrival and departure easy. And unlike most rentals they had an abundance of lights.
A very spacious apartment located near the center of town. Easy to spread out and get comfortable including a nice couch, TV and kitchen appliances. The tapas restaurant recommended by the owner in walking distance was the highlight of Lamego with fresh farm-to-table food. Get an early start to the sights in this conveniently located city in the Douro Valley.
