This place is decorated with heart and attention to details. Apartments are on the pedestrian street, right in the heart of Faro. You have all shops and restaurants at your hand, but still can enjoy good sleep. There is a nice shared terrace on top of the building, cooled drinking water tank and washing mashing freely available for use. We've enjoyed our stay here very much and would love to came back anytime.

The apartment was very nice - spacious, bright, and clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, bathroom mirror lighting a nice touch. The washer was handy for a quick load of laundry. There was also a nice bottle of wine in the fridge. I didn't meet the host, but he was very responsive. Location is great, very close to two markets, and easy walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

I kind of don’t want to leave a good review so that I can keep this place secret… It’s wonderful though. The local area is blissfully quiet - we took taxis when needed as we didn’t feel the need to hire a car. Unless you plan on being out and about every day. We had a few pool days so didn’t need a car. Spacious villa, with a very well-equipped kitchen. All meticulously clean and tidy. The beds are so comfy, with cold air con in each room. The grounds are exceptional - and both pools were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Fresh OJ from the Owner’s farm every day (free) was the nicest tasting OJ I’ve ever had. The on-site store was a wonderful surprise - freshly ground bean to cup coffee for free every morning. Photos absolutely do not do this place justice. To summarise - please don’t book here so that it is always available for me! Thank you to Fatima and the whole team for an absolutely wonderful holiday. Everything was perfect.

Great location. Really nice and pleasant apartment with all expected amenities. The hosts provided some simple but delicious provisions for breakfast: fruits, cheeses and cold cuts, bread, jams, juice, and more. Even a box of pastel de natas! When we had a small technical problem with the flat, the host arranged handymen to fix it within a few hours. We were greeted by someone for both the check-in and check-out. The host returned our security deposit very promptly after we confirmed everything was in order.

The Host is fabulous! The studio apartment was very spacious. Kitchen had everything to make a variety of meals. There was parking for our rental car. Wash machine in the unit for laundry, with hanging outside to dry. Quiet at night! Our unit had seating outback to view the lagoon. You cross the street you are on the beach, you walk to the back of the building you are at the lagoon. A 2 minute walk to the Ferry to go to the city. Great memories from our stay at the Barracuda!

Very large clean apartment with a delightful outdoor space and small pool. Everything you need for self catering is provide. The price was very reasonable and the communications were exceptional. Central location minutes walks from everything you need nice and flat no stairs.

We only stayed for one night, so didn't actually use the facilities but from what I saw the studio kitchen was very well equipped, not the usual only one wine-glass but 5 espresso cups, a pot but no cooking spoon kind of thing you often get in rental apartments and studios. Staff was very friendly and the room was lovely as well with a little balcony to sit outside.
