Excellent property. The hosts/staff were super accommodating. They even assisted with laundry service for us. Loved that it was just outside of the main hustle and bustle of the city center. So traffic was more mellow. Car garage was great. Just be careful if you don’t have an automatic. It’s steep. Apartment was super comfortable. Had everything we needed. Woudk come back in a heartbeat.

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. We were able to find street parking across the street every day. Everything was very well thought out like colored towels to take to the hot springs, clothes line, nice touches throughout. Great place for those who want to self cater. We would definitely stay here again.

For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. The apartment was brand new, I think we were the first guests to stay. We found It easily, just about 20 min outside Ponta Delgada. It is decorated modernly and fashionable. The apartment is very spacious with a big open kitchen/ living room. The bathroom is also larger then most we encountered in the Azores. There is a nice little private terrace too.

Perfect place for us, we are a family of 3. Very clean place. Well equipped. Walking distance to amazing natural pools (piscinas naturais). Save place to keep your rental car. You have a nice place to hung your wet towels and swimming suits.
Paulo was the perfect host: accommodating, communicative, thoughtful. The entire property (grounds, security, apartment) was top notch! Comfortable, well maintained, and clean.
Paulo has created a very smart and modern environment. Note that the studios do not all have the same view. Ours was the last one with full view on garden which was perfect. The Jacuzzi is obviously the big plus. It's shared with a rotation plan for private evening(s)/night(s) and works perfectly well. Just note that there are no bars/restaurant in the village so you need to drive or eat on site which is also fine.
