Very nice and clean house. We came a bit early and the host was still cleaning the whole place. You can use everything in the house and kitchen. Also the host is very nice and brings you a breakfast basket every morning. Location is in the nature and the house has a amazing view. Its on the other side of the island so a scooter/car is nice to have. Overall a great experience and i would really recommend renting the place !!!

One thing I appreciated was when the electricity went out, a neighbor came to assist us. Additionally, we sent an email, and a young lady from the company stopped by. She was very pleasant and wanted to help us as best she could, even bringing us some towels. I really liked her kind demeanor.

It’s very well located (very fun to stay at the flat and go read on the side of the water and go for a swim), clean and there was a little welcome basket with bread, honey and tea/coffee. The staff was very nice and useful. They came forward writing us and asked how our stay was and if we needed anything. When we asked for more towels and a fan (there’s no AC and no way to ventilate except to keep the doors open), they came on the same day and answered very fast.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
What can I say…AMAZING!! Maybe our best stay in Azores: the place seems to be from a fairytale!! The village Calheta is so small and so calm you will be in complete peace, almost like being out of the world, and the apartment is also amazing: you have a view on the ocean, and a very characteristic house!
The host is so gentle and so nice: he waited for us welcoming with a bread and wine! His wife and him are also giving advices and you can have a nice chat about the place!
We are coming back for sure!!
The house had everything you required for a long or short stay…we loved to cook so the kitchen is amazing for that, the host is lovely and helpful, beautiful environment for walks swimming area nearby
Superb apartment with fabulous views. The apartment was very well fitted with everything we needed. Fatima, our host, was very helpful, friendly and ensured everything was perfect. This comes highly recommended. We also saw sperms whales and dolphins in the distance from the terrace.
Dawn is a lovely host! We ended up arriving late due to a storm and she made sure we had some food in the apartment. Her dog Luna is a cutie pie and came to say hi every morning! The location is nice and remote (though most places on Pico are). Kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked two meals there each day. She also provided a dehumidifier and fan which were really helpful.
