Reasonable location although because of a landslide shutting off the main road into Regua from the West, the re-directed traffic came down our road (but not noisy). Nice spacious rooms that would be very cool in the summer months. Also the garden outside (with seats allowing you to see the Douro) was well looked after. Given the price we were not expecting much for breakfast, but actually it was not bad at all. Shower was excellent by the way. Large garage to park car. Overall it was exceptional value.
