The owner, Raul was super helpful, often checking in to see how we were enjoying our stay, and offering recommendations for the area.
We had a bedroom and main room, which was great, as one of rises alot earlier then the other!
Pool on site was really lovely.

We loved the apartment, especially the terrace and the balcony on the 3rd floor (yup, the apartment has 3 floors), though the rest of it was just as great. A bottle of wine from the hosts was a nice touch, as were other little things: multiple beach towels, snorkeling gear (incl fins), two TVs, a coffee making machine, two bathrooms. A perfect stay.

This was a nice location in Joyuda, Cabo Rojo. Minutes away from many beaches and awesome restaurants. Would consider staying here again.
Excellent service from both the owners and employees. The apartment was spacious. The whole place was clean, with a pool, grill and parking. I have visited other very good places but the customer service that the staff of the place gave me was the best and that is valuable to me.
Beautiful apartment in a great area. Very comfy , near the beach. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the apartment or area. Only thing not related that id recommed: If you'd like to travel the area, a small SUV would be best. We tried getting to a couple of beaches and the lighthouse near playa sucia and couldn't due to large potholes with fullsized car, but did see small SUVs made it through.
There is plenty of space and privacy for each cabin/apartment. It has a big pool, basketball court, plenty of space to just sit around and hang without leaving the property.

The spaciousness of the apartment was awesome. The rooftop terrace was beautiful.
Space was very clean and well equipped. And the price was very reasonable. Communication with Jamie was very easy.
Everything was amazing. Our apartment was very charming and comfortable with amazing surroundings. A Pool area with a lot of nature was so relaxing. Every morning we had an excellent breakfast with plenty of fruits. We really enjoyed our 3-night stay 2 adults +2 teenagers.
Apartment was fantastic. Great location to the Salt flats and the bay. Saw lots and lots of lizards and other wildlife. Only downside was the drive time to thw San Juan area. However. That was my fault for not checking my drive times better. 20 out 10 would stay agin.
