This property is excellent. It’s tranquil and very clean with wonderfully kept landscaping. There are 4 buildings on the lot with each having a couple of apartments. The parking is on site and the entire property is gated. My unit had one wall mounted air conditioner in the bedroom which was sufficient to cool the entire apartment on a hot day (mid August). The owner was there when I checked in. He and his wife keep the place in very good shape. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious. It had a full bath and full kitchen complete with dishware. They have laundry machines on site and fresh drinking water. They even provide beach gear (cooler, towels, blanket, etc) and it’s only a short walk to Crash Beach. The owner goes out of his way to ensure your stay is pleasant. Finally, the vibe I got from this property, and the neighborhood, was very similar to island living in the Philippines. I even heard a rooster when I was waking to the beach. 😎

The place was very clean, quiet and we felt safe. The kitchen was well equipped. The sofa was comfortable too. The bathroom had shampoo, body wash, and conditioner and it was also very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked and we were able to watch Netflix. Everything was in working condition. The location was great (if you have a car), we were close to very good restaurants and breakfast places.

I actually liked how the light fixtures and remotes were labeled…. Made things easier to use. The apartment had everything for us and a few extras from previous tenants.
You got a surfhop with rentals and surfbeach within walking distance. The hotel is solid and clean. Nothing super fancy but you have everything you need and feel safe.
Apartment layout and accommodations. Spacious, had plenty of towels, basic kitchen appliances, internet and television worked well, nice and quiet neighborhood.
The apartment was very nice the only thing was the wall plug in the bathroom did not work. Other than that very comfortable and good location. Would stay there again.
It was well appointed. However there was a powerful odor. The driveway is so steep I damaged my car leaving the facility. I stayed over a Saturday and the road noise was horrendous. There was constant drag racing, police sirens and loud music from cars. There were cracks in the walls and dirty walls. No staff on site. No wash cloths. Pillows were flat. The sheets were clean and comfortable.
The location was convenient. Close to the airport and beach. Decent dining options near by the neighborhood was was quiet. The kitchen was a great feature. The apartment was perfect size and very clean.
