This house is an oasis of tranquility. Right at the entrance is a small garden, with a table and chairs, hammock, and sand toys for children, with many flowers and butterflies. The house is newly renovated, modern, and cozy, with high attention to detail. We would come back here anytime. We highly recommend it.

Good variant for a company in summer that plans to rest on the lake. The apartment is placed in something like semibasement of private house. For some people can be not ok. For us - it was ok. House is situated close to the forest and lake shore. Good helpful owners/hosts. Very clean and cozy apartment, that has own small territory outside with chairs and grill for barbecue. If you need to take some rest from city rhythm and speed - it can be good place to relax.

Lovely view of the cathedral. Very spacious apartment, and 10 minute walk from old town. Instructions for access very clear and easy to follow. Comfy beds and had a good night's sleep. Plenty of hot water for a bath to warm you up on a cold night. Can't comment on other reviews of sockets etc not working as all the ones I tried were fine. Yes some of the apartment needs fixing with some bits wobbly or things falling off but for £60 for a family of 4 to stay with the Locality, I found it very good value. Just be warned that 10am check out means 10am check out! We were just walking out the door at 1002 and lady was walking down corridor to come and clean it so don't think you can have a cheeky lay in. Would have no problems returning
