The location of the apartment is awesome. You can see the moutains from the apartment. I also apreciate the parking for free. The building is quiet which is also perfect. The room was very nice! When I came in I felt like home. That does not happen to me very often on holidays.

The apartment is a "smart house" and was very clean, large and comfortable, two toilets and the shower was on a different level! My kids didn't want to leave because of it. The kitchen is fully equipped, the 2 bedrooms are very comfortable, the sofa bed in the leaving room was easy to manage and comfortable as well. The owner was very nice and helpful and gave the kids food for the fish to feed. There's a fish pool in the beautiful garden.

The house is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. It's spotless, cosy and designed with a great sense of taste. It has everything you may need and more - toiletries, still and sparkling water, coffee, tea, coals for grilling and there was a bottle of wine too.
Even though we travelled without children the house looks very child-friendly.
The beautiful terrace to spend time outside was a great advantage as it is a pleasure to be out in such a peaceful and quiet location.
There's a great fish restaurant within walking distance from the house, where you can fish and try arguably the best and the freshest trout.
We loved it a lot so have already booked our next visit.

It was very cosy and clean apartment. Very close to the all attractions and city centre.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
What do we like ? Easy to answer … everything ! Wonderful and calm location, huge and well groomed garden, jacuzzi with view on mountains and sky with stars. Owners are warm welcoming and helpful. Flat is big, no noise, great kitchen … Already looking for slot to come back.
The apartment has everything you need for a short stay.
Mind that you are not renting full apartment for yourself, but a floor, where one flat is occupied by someone else and you share a corridor. You have your own bathroom but it is in the corridor plus the small bedroom is also outside of the main room.
Beautiful and nocely equiped apartment in a great location - close to Karpacz and mountains, in a very quiet place.
Very fair price, sauna and jacuzzi in the nice garden included.
And the owners are super kind and helpful. We will definitely come back again :-)
I'm so happy (and lucky 😉) to find this apartments.The room has 6 windows with good views on the mountains and lake, also is very clean and comfortable. We'll definitely be back at the next time.
