What a lovely stay. The caretakers are very welcoming and so nice. Yes, the furniture is a little bit wobbly, but so what, it's clean and inviting. Good shower. Great AC. Good bed. The appliances are not abundant but more than adequate. We held a little Christmas party at the estate, they helped us as good as possible and we had a great time!

It looks like a pretty new place and everything was clean and tidy and in decent condition. Reasonably priced for what you get. The room is fairly small but it's comfortable and the AC works well. Location is a bit remote but not bad if you don't mind a walk. Taxis don't know it though.
Staff were all nice and polite and helpful and the laundry shop did a good fast job on my laundry.

I like the place not noisy and safe. It's nice to swim on the pool. It's clean and no problem of taxi. There are standby taxi outside the entrance. Seems your on vacation.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and they are great (recent building). The size of the apartment it's not to big but has everything that you need to cook and do your laundry. The staff it's kind and they have security guards 24h. You'll to pay a fee for the motorbike. The shower has hot water.
Comfortable apartment with multiple rooms and beds, a bit far from Cebu city but we preferred that as we were travelling south. Staff were nice and easy to deal with
