The actual building is trashy - HOWEVER - The room is a 'diamond in the rough'. It is very well designed and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quality furnishings, equipment and quiet, split aircon. It really is beyond beautiful and very cosy! The owner is well organised and responds promptly. There is CCTV throughout the building.
Parking is free, and easy with plenty of space outside the building.

Location is very convenient. Just below the apartment, there is a convenience store. Less than 10 minutes walk away, there’s good cafes, restaurants, bars and a big shopping mall. There are different cuisines available from Japanese, Korean, Western, Mexican, etc.
Shower facilities are good too as the shower cap is detachable and water pressure is alright (do remember to bring your own shampoos! Towels are provided)

I have already traveled a lot (since 2011) and this comfortable apartment is the best decorated I have seen, I think.
It is very clean. Very well located within walking distance of SBMA Beach and the resto bars of Subic Bay.
A convenience store is located directly on the ground floor.
And the host is very friendly and available to answer questions via messaging.
Great place, gated apartments with parking available. The place was clean and well maintained. I loved that we were able to do laundry. Many places I looked up did not have a washer on the premises. Adequate kitchen and cooking supplies, we were able to cook every day, and the location is close to many restaurants if we wanted to go out or have food delivered. I will stay here again if I am in Subic!!
Clean, comfortable, wonderful staff, easy check in. Swimming pool was open till late which allowed us a lovely night swim. The location was great as it was next to the beach, next to the inflatable island and near stores i case you need any last minute things.
This new apartment had everything we needed for a self sufficient stay, in good neighborhood. Washing machine was great as was balcony, quiet efficient a/c, ceiling fans, warm shower, nice bedding. Jezzal very helpful too.
Easy check in process. Very Spacious for an apartment. Hot water available for showering, aircon worked well, Netflix available, wifi very fast, room had a double bed, sofa bed and extra mattress available. The kitchen was also spacious, microwave provided. 5mins walk to the mall.

exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The complete apartment amenities were commendable as well as the approachable staff. The time we wasted in Baloy Beach shoreline and island hopping was time well spent. Lastly our Ocean Adventure experience was worthwhile.
