Proper was lovely inside had everything we needed for our stay the host in the accommodation was absolutely brilliant if we ran out of something he was there within the hour with a replacement .You will need passes of him to go to Tambuli spa and resort beech which is well worth it as it’s beautiful in there and only across the road from accommodation .

The Condo ist situated in one of the newly built houses in Bayanihan Flats Phase 2 in Maribago. The connection from/to Mactan Airport takes a minimum of 22 minutes during the daytime as you have to go arround to the other site of the airport area. The hosts are a very friendly couple, that had been still delivering the missing refrigerator and a cabinet in the evening of my arrival. Two bottles of water, soap/showel gel and dishwashing liquid have been offered for free. The apartment does not have a big size but you will find everything you need in the kitchen area, including a rice coocker, induction cooking plate and a water heater. Because of the limitted space in the kitchen it has not been a big disadvantage for me that there was no microwave.
The room is equipped with a silent and very well working split aircon and has a very small balcony (only 70cm wide, don't expect a balcony to sit on), which could be good to hang some cloth for drying if there were facilities for it. There is a smaller but nice little pool behind the building that had not been crowded at all during the week.
A 7eleven Supermarket and a Julie's Bakeshop as well a nice foodcourt are in walking distance and some other shops and Gaisano Grand Mall are near by.
Situated in Mactan, 12 km from SM City Cebu and 13 km from Ayala Center Cebu, Residencia Lourdes features spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi.

The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful and full of very thoughtful amenities such as mood lighting, a swivel flat screen and free coffee. Efleda was the most attentive host I have ever had and made sure that everything ran smoothly and I felt very well looked after. I had the joy of cooking for the first time in a long time and there was even a desk so I could do some work as well. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Everything was spot on very clean and tidy, nice body wash and shampoo in the bathroom, very large tv with Netflix which is nice touch after long day of traveling.
Also the fridge was stocked up quite well with refreshments at very decent price too .
Not far from the airport either, I will definitely stay here again should I need accommodation next to airport.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and very clean. The facilities at the resort were also good - food was expensive but delicious. Pools and beach both lovely.
This is a great place to stay if you want quiet, peaceful comfort. The hosts are excellent, the apartment is a model of efficient comfort, with great views and all sorts of details to make the guests feel at home - very thoughtful.
This property was fine for people who wanted to be away from the action she was so isolated a taxi drivers didn't know where it was grab drivers had trouble finding it and without the help of a map is to be going around in circles 4 days it's alright for long stay but before short stays where you want to be where you can have some fun it's a waste of time
