I have met Mr Joven as the person who picked us up from the airport. He is a nice person and gave us warm discussions with the recent happenings within the areas we passed by. Then we also met Ms Desiree, who took care of us all thoughout our stay in KLX.
First, their service is modern. Instead of making a phone call to ask for any request, everything was done by messaging via whatsapp. This is a big plus for introverts like me! Also, due to our kid, I had alot of requests! Just a single message, they respond and provide support rightaway!
Second, the room is very clean. I am very particular with dirts on the floor but for the days we've stayed, I felt safe for letting my 1 year old roam around with her bare feet. Before we got inside the room, I was surprised Desiree took her shoes out before coming in, it gave a sign the floor was clean indeed. I appreciate the room cleaners for the service and giving us a comfortable stay.
Third, it is a great idea that the checkout and verifying the room was ok, was done on the same time. It saved time and hassle on waiting in the lobby.
This is last and the best one, we forgot an item and it was returned to us. Perhaps i got used to hearing friend's experiences or my own that once a thing was forgotten, it won't be return to you anymore. Here, our forgotten item was returned and felt I could trust the management.

The building itself was very safe and conveniently located, with generally-friendly security staff and an attached mall with restaurants, coffeeshops, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, nice-looking, and had all the amenities it advertised (microwave, rice cooker, stovetop, aircon, etc.), which were all in good working order -- plus a nice view from the balcony. The cooking knife was a bit dull at first, but the host was very responsive and brought us a new one (plus extra plates and kitchen items, as a thoughtful touch since we said we'd be cooking!). The process for checking in and out was straightforward, and it was nice to be staying in a building with staff at the front desk 24/7. Would definitely book this place again!

This studio is such a haven in the midst of the bustle of Katipunan, Q.C.. One is protected from the street noise (not entirely, but not bad), and from the heat (thanks to the aircon and fan). Conveniently situated near Ateneo University, the metro station, restaurants, convenience stores, the small, cozy, condo is perfect for one person and short stays. The security guards are very helpful and the owner is very kind.
This is indeed great view, the condo is a standard size for this type of condominium in Manila. The check-in was really great, I was given a code and I could go inside. The host was very accommodating too. The apartment was clean, there is a washing machine there, a very comfortable bed, a sofa, TV set with netflix. There's a shopping mall inside the building! and a plethora of shops. Another, slightly bigger mall (in The Rise) is within 100 meters, there are restaurants, and very good shops there. All in all highly recommended.
Common areas of the condominium are spacious and beautiful. The apartment is big enough, nice view from the balcony especially at sunset. Good location.
Lovely location and the flat is great for an individual or a couple that are traveling through Manila but don’t plan to spend an excessive amount of time indoors. It’s small, but it has everything you’d expect in a studio apartment, with small perks like Netflix access and air conditioning.
The apartment is well located, just 20 minutes by taxi from the airport, in Makati, one of the best districts in Manila, and in and around The Beacon condominium there are several cafes, restaurants, bars, and all sorts of shops. The gym is well equipped, and the swimming pool is big and clean. The apartment (3105, Tower 2) was big and clean enough. The bed was comfortable. They provide toiletries and tools to cook. The wifi works well. The aircon too. The apartment is high up so it's not too noisy.
First let me say that I have been transferred to a new location - Azure Condominium. Contact with the manager is impossible. Azure Condominium is a great location in itself, as it is next to a shopping center, a public market and next to a train station.
Concierges and staff of Building Maldives in Azure Apartments was very helpful and nice.
The flat / condominium is well equipped, clean and easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. Friendly caretaker ( letty), and the owner is very professional.
Very convenient Condominium just across from the Airport so very handy if u have early flight, host very responsive and the apartment its really cozy u have convenient store just outside also.
