For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We are on our way to Bicol and this apartment is along the diversion road. It’s in an inner road and the place is quiet (can’t hear the sound of trucks and motorcycle passing by). There is parking and the place is clean. The kitchen has plates, spoon and forks which can be use although we did not use those. My son left his pillow and the manager was very responsive of keeping it for us until we come back in a few days to pick it up. The ref is working ans the place has Wi-Fi and Netflix installed.
I booked the room late in the evening and arrived just a few minutes later, even though the lady in charge was ready to warmly welcome me.
For that price I didn't expect to have a full apartment with two bedrooms, a living room etc... it was extremely comfortable and clean.
I appreciate how accommodating the property's owner is. We are staying in a very clean apartment that is near to shopping malls and convenience stores. It's easy to get a ride in the city proper. I highly recommend that you stay here.
