Everything you need, in a nicely fitted out apartment. Friendly and helpful. Really quite comfortable, in a local neighborhood.
Also worth mentioning a great cafe down the road (Bambusa) and a nice little bakery in the other direction at the intersection on the way to the highway. You can walk into Liloan to the supermarket etc if you like - takes 20 min to half an hour depending on how fast you walk.
Some may find the location a bit remote, but I really enjoyed my time.

Quiet location, felt private and undisturbed. Had issue with bathroom lock locked inside quickly resolved and repaired. Fridge filled with soda and beer to purchase without having to go out especially on arrival. Cooker ran out of gas, bottle changed very quickly. Great service.

The apartment was immaculate, clean, very well equipped and in a good location, 5 minutes walk from restaurants, supermarket etc etc. Good TV and wifi and little extras like a few games, coffee and even a pair of scissors to open the packages - so many thoughtful little extras! Host was very responsive and helpful in all respects. All in all an amazing experience that I would recommend highly to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Acco is fully equipped with attention to detail. The rooms look like someones actual apartment who loves to live there. What a contrast to all the other hotels I have visited in PH. I come back here if I am back in town.
We arrived late due to a late arrival at the airport. The host was very accommodating and friendly. He Waited for us outside the check-in time and personally handed he key to us and showed us the apartment.
