The place was beautiful, well kept and the hosts are amazing. If you are down for sharing spaces with other guest (such as kitchen, gathering place) ... this is definitely a must. The only downside was during our visit, the entire time the water was low.
You must have a vehicle as well since the resort is a bit away from the main town that I'd you need to buy something, you have to have a vehicle or transportation.
Just a 13-minute walk from Paradise Beach and 0.7 miles from Sugar Beach, The Ivory Castle features accommodations in Pooc, with a garden and a terrace.

The common areas are the best, very nice to enjoy the beach and the view. The room is very comfortable and clean.

Villa Jana is exceptional and inclusive. I loved everything about this place. Don’t look any further you will love it too. Private pool for just 3 rooms/apartments and a minutes walk to gorgeous sugar beach and a short walk further up sugar beach joining Kota beach. It’s central to all the tourist hotspots and the staff/ owners are amazing beautiful people who will assist you with any info you require. Bantayan island is paradise.
Clean, spacious, and modern amenities. Proximity to the water was exceptional! No need to go to the beach with the water easily accessible in front of the apartment. Bikes and kayak were available to use for free. Location was quiet and secluded, very peaceful.
The place is great! They have direct access to beachfront, and there's lots of marine life even if you don't wander that far off.
The service was also great. We were fetched from the harbor upon arrival, which made it easier for us to check in. The guard also has contacts to rentals should you want to rent a motorcycle. It makes getting around the island a lot easier.
The apartment is beautiful and clean: separate bedroom, living room and small equipped kitchen. Next to beach and cave, and within walking distance or short 3 wheeler ride from market. The couple who owns the villa made us feel welcome and at home there.
Two adults and two kids in the two bedroom apartment was very spacious. We loved the kitchen along with the necessary kitchenware to cook our meals. The onsite restaurant and bar were cozy and provided freshly cooked food and drinks. It was a very nice place to hang out have a drink and chat.
Very large and spacious apartment with beautiful interior with all the facilities that you need. The view of the ocean was amazing and we could swim, kayak or snorkel for hours. We also enjoyed the pool table for even more entertainment and relaxation.

Staff friendly, peaceful place very quiet at night and scooter rental from the property was a great price. Roughly 2km to centre of SantaFe and places to eat etc so 10mins max on scooter.
The proximity of the apartment to nearby places of interest is perfect. The facilities are excellent i.e. WiFi, flatscreen TV, fridge, toilet with bidet, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, etc.
