I chose a one day for studio as the other one with 2 queen beds was not available. We got to the hotel from the airport at 7:50 am dropped our luggage and started our 5 days tour. We came back in the afternoon and changed to the other studio. I think I could potentially have dropped my luggage early but didn’t do it that way.
2 blocks from plaza de armas. It has banks and ATMs close but I used an exchange office. Reviews of ATM said it would not give you money and retained your debit card so didn’t take the chance. Don’t use regular stores trying to exchange money (they will give you whatever they want). There are also 2-3 pharmacies while walking to plaza de armas, I bought pills for sorojche ?—altitud sickness. They were helpful I think.

This place was AWESOME! Although, the WiFi didn’t work most of the time we were there but I still give this place a great rating.

Yolanda's place is a GEM! We booked the top unit and have the whole city view from the dining/kitchen area and from the side office too! Hot water and WIFI was solid and bed was pretty comfy. We had severe altitude sickness when arrived at Cusco and they provided some local tea to ease the symptoms. Yolanda was also very responsive and helpful on guiding us what was around the city. Just to note that you have to walk up a few stairs from the car-accessible street so big luggage beware. Also, they prefer cash payment in USD so be prepared in advance. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Cusco.
