We spent 4 nights in Ollantaytambo and had a wonderful experience. The owner kindly let us leave our bags for one night while we were in Aguas Caliente. From the upstairs balcony, we could see the Ollantaytambo ruins and lots of hummingbirds. The location is in a pedestrian alley at the back, but the owner helped us with our luggage when we arrived by taxi at the plaza. We enjoyed exploring the alleys and watching the streams running through this cute town. It’s also very close to a local minimarket on the same alley. Highly recommend!

Loved this place, beautiful surroundings, close to the center but very quiet. We booked the family apartment and it was very comfortable. It got quite cold at night and they offered a heater. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Comfortable shared living room area overlooking Ollantaytambo terraces, with stunning view of the Condor. Easy walking distance to city center and sites up that valley. Breakfast is good.

From a small balcony you can see ruinas and watch the flight of Colibri!
The interior and design of the room was very stylish, the view of the mountains and the fortress was wonderful, the family Eddy and Natalia were flattering and welcoming.
We got there from the airport via family by taxi, the driver Carlos turned out to be a very good driver and guide on our trip
We have stayed in many different places in the world but Stardome Lodge has to be one of the most unique simply because of its wonderful location perched on the top of the hillside surrounded by breathtaking scenery and total peace. We loved the walks around the garden and watching the birds, we were lucky enough to see three condors as well! The standard of accommodation is outstanding and the food served in the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. Overall a wonderful memorable stay.
Friendly & accommodating staff, cozy rooms, healthy breakfasts, close proximity to sites and restaurants, hot showers, table in some rooms, complaints were swiftly addressed, the communal upstairs area at the “apartments location” was enjoyable to hang out in.
La señora owning this hostel was super nice and welcoming. The rooms are basic, the place is small and there’s only one shower, which worked fine with hot water. Ollantaytambo is not that big so yoz can reachh everything easily. In my opinion a good option for a short stay in Ollantaytambo 😊
Great family run bed and breakfast place within walking distance from Ollantaytambo main square. Friendly owners kindly allowed us to park our rental car in front of the property. Packed lunch was provided for the day of our early morning train visit to Machu Pichu. When we had time to eat breakfast at the property it was very good. There were great views from our top of the property hut. Nicely decorated throughout the property. We hope to visit again sometime.
