One of our highlights of Panama, like a home from home so comfortable and everything you need. Patty is a wonderful host and she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The garden is like a mini nature reserve and botanical garden in one. There are fireflies at night and the toucans and birds that come to the bird table are truly an amazing experience. If you go to Anton valley this is my place to stay its the best.

It's a very nice B&B in el Valle de Anton. The breakfast was good, and the location is right near an e-bike rental. It's a mother and son team that manages it.

We loved our stay at the Golden Frog, after a short stay in the capital, El Valle offered a wonderfull change of scenery. The hotel is a little place of heaven! The staff and the food are great and the location is beautiful. We came a cross wildlife, did some good hikes and relaxed in the pool. This place offers great value for money.
Casa India Dormida was absolutely fantastic to stay at. The whole apartment was way too spacious for one person but would be ideal for a couple or family! Everything was very clean and there was a touching love for detail. The best thing is the location: stunning views from your terrace and just a few steps away from fantastic hikes.
Amazing place, the view just absolutely beautiful. Definitely a peacefull place to really relax also the apartment were fully equipped (kitchen appliances, refrigerator, stove.. even some condiments). I LOVE the fact that them recycle. Mrs. Patti is very attentive and gentle im really grateful for everything on my stay. Definitely wanna visit this place again.

The apartment is large and has a nice terrace on which you can watch great birds and other animals. Everything you need at crockery you get and short way to the 'city'.
