Hostess Tatiana met me at the gate and escorted me to the condo unit. She showed me around the property as to where the pools are on 3rd and ground floors as well as the Lounge and Restaurant area. She also shared where the local grocery stores and a local watering hole for ExPats were located. She is a very knowledgeable and professional host.

The property is beautiful, calm, and the views from the apartment are great. There is enough cookware to cook, wifi is good and it's walkable distance to the beach.
It was comfortable to stay there alone and it felt safe at night. There is nothing much around, just 1 mini mart and 2 Italian restaurants. The beach is mostly empty which is amazing

Flat was clean and tidy as expected.
It was quite queit neighbourhood not very far from the beach.
Flat was well equipped if you wanted to cook or something.

We loved the beautiful views and the fact that the apartment was so tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and the linen of good quality. Everything was clean and neat with enough (and beautiful) crockery, cutlery and cookware. I can recommend Juan David's apartment to anyone with an open heart.
Owner sent all the information to get in within 24 hours of our arrival. We also decided to extend our stay by one week. The apartment was available for few more days but not all the week, so the owner was able to accommodate us in another apartment in the same building for the remaining portion.
Amazing condo on the beach. Great location with lots of great restaurants nearby. Pools are beautiful (one is very cold) and beach is awesome. Condo is spacious and perfect for 4 of us. Would definitely come back!!
The condo was beautiful and the facilities excellent.
The only improvement is in the ad . . . you need to have Royal Palm in the title, I had a hard time finding the building.

This property was our favourite place during our trip to Panama and we changed locations every two days. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had everything you need. The beach was nice and many pools and options for kids to play. We even went to an all inclusive after this stay and wished we had just stayed in this rental for that time because it was just nicer. There are nice restaurants nearby and it’s very easy to drive to Coronado.
