Apartment is perfect, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean! reall comfy bed with huge TV and modern kitchen though I didn't use it. Only negative is, it's interior and no views. But it's perfectly situated for the mall and for visiting all the sites of the area like Tanuf, Ruins, Jabreen Castle etc about 15 mins from souk and fort! Check out the parking outside the Souk at night for barbecue food vans that are mega cheap.

I had a great experience staying here, the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect to explore Nizwa and the directions and information on parking received before my arrival were very helpful. The hosts were amazing, I received a very warm welcome and great tips on things to do and places to visit. I can only recommend and will definitely stay here again when coming back to Nizwa.

It is located next to Nizwa fort. Lot of restaurants and shops near by. Taxi stand is right next to the apartment. I did meet the owner and he is such a humble person. He made sure we had a great stay in his apartment.

The owner restored and modernised the flat with lots of effort. It is only pitty that tilesmen and plumber screwed up (for example, the water from bath tub runs on the floor, not in the waste pipe (so mind your feet).
The apartment is in the very center of the city, which is perfect. Plus. you can park right outside the house (even though there is paid parking zone everywhere around, but on at this curb)
Large and modern apartment with all facilities, just across the road from the old town wall. Very friendly and helpful management. Food and shops all around. No issue with parking. Large TV with Netflix etc. Good wi-fi. A great choice if you visit Nizwa.
