The apartment is very nice and well furnished and in a top location near the souq, the fort and restaurants.
The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, with a hairdryer, toothbrush and other toiletries.
The city of Nizwa and the surrounding area is definitely worth a visit.

We were scamed by this hotel.
Instead of fulfilling our reservation for three people apartment we received double bed .
They made the change before our arrival and did not consider our complaint.
We received only matrace to sleep on the floor and my husband had to do this for three nights.
Therefore we hardly recommend not choosing this hotel!
