Fantastic apartment 15 minutes walk from the center. Very spacious, large bedrooms with private bathrooms. Very clean, thick towels, equipped with every luxury. Definitely recommended if you are in NIzwa. Good host.

The apartment is big, nicely decorated with a killing view. The host was very kind, helping with our luggage and answering our questions. The house is at the beginning of the terraces trail.
Apartments with a wonderful view of the mountains. it left the biggest impression. The terrace is quite large. The rooms are authentic. Since we were with a family, two people had to sleep on the floor because there is only one bed. The kitchen had everything you need. Very nice apartments.

Until now the best place we stayed in Oman
The apartment was quite big with one room with a king size bed and another with a twin bed. There is also a kitchen facility provided but without much utensils to cook. If you bring your own utensils one should be able to cook. For the price paid it was a decent and comfortable place to stay. The best part we liked was the window air-condition in the room also had a heating facility. The owner, an old man, was very hospitable and met us in person at check in and check out.
The best apartment in the area with an amazing view. The apartment is furnished in traditional Omani style. It became my favorite accommodation in Oman.
