Lovely, clean, modern apartment perfect for our family of 4. We wanted to stay in Rotorua near Te Puia and the Redwood Forest, and this was just minutes away from both of these. Dedicated parking spot for each unit out front, spotlessly clean unit with a dishwasher drawer and washer/dryer, nice water pressure in the shower, and comfortable beds.

What a great place to stay. The apartment was clean, comfy and warm (it was the coldest night of the year so far). Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The car parks were around the back and couldn't be seen from the road, so it was safe to park the motorbike. And extra parking available on the road. Rose apartments are an easy drive into the city centre or a flat 15 minute walk. We'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent studio apartment! Everything appeared new and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location!. The TV was huge and latest model. The bed was SO comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The manager walked through the apartment with us during the check-in process and made sure we knew that the staff was always available if we needed anything
The new owners clearly have a mission to make this a top both motel and I wish them well. As yet, it's just a ordinary motel. The room we had was a decent size and the kitchen facilities fine for self catering.. There are decent sitting out areas with some of the apartments but not all. The Brooks Restaurant at the site was very good indeed.
Incredible studio apartment. It was great to have the peace of being a little out of town, but just a short drive to all the major attractions. The studio is beautiful, well stocked kitchenette and great to have a washing machine.
The views were incredible… geese on the lake in the morning, sun on the balcony in the afternoon, incredible view of the sunset and then great visibility for stars. If you’re reading this review because the studio is available on your dates, just book it!
