Great place with excellent facilities, lots of space, and beautiful animals all around! It was a bit confusing getting there but I think that might have been my fault for being tired. It was a great place to stop for the night, but I think it'd be even better for a longer stay so we could enjoy more time with the animals and make use of the space. My favourites were the cat and the ponies, but the cool black goth chickens were the most impressive.

Sarah was extremely kind and she gave us a very warm welcome. Furthermore she was so helpful and gave us some advice and support because we were facing a difficult private situation. The place was impeccable, very clean and warm. You can tell that in the apartment everything is new, from the furniture, to the appliances. Everything works properly without any problem. The best things in the house are the beds and the showers. The water pressure is so good and the water can get as warm as you desire. When you wake up in the morning, you get to see a stunning view just from outside the bedroom's window. We are the first guests from Booking.com, and I could not recommend it more!! Excellent value for money, the hosts were very easy to deal with and they replied promptly to our messages and requests. The rooms were very comfortable with large modern bathrooms - we used the studio apartment and smaller room during the four nights we stayed in Palmerston North.
Standard studio motel unit that worked well for our one night stay. Spacious room with a king size bed and small kitchen area for cooking, plus ensuite bathroom. We were in the access unit that had wheelchair accessible bathroom facilities. The motel units are back off the main road so traffic noise was minimal. Directly across the road from the park and a lovely walking path along the river.

The apartment/ studio is huge. Very good value. Park at the front door. Warm and clean. Friendly Kunikuni out the bathroom window. A real place on the farm. Close to town on the city fringe near airport. Friendly hosts. No complaints. Very happy.
Very clean, comfortable and lots of natural light. Very easy check in and a nice welcome from the friendly manager. Nice modern apartment and lovely big double spa bath. The big single bed in the bedroom was really nice for Mr. Snorer instead of the regular size single. :)
