I liked EVERYTHING! Staying here was absolute BLISS!!
I chose this place for its perfect location right next to the centre of Paihia township. The restaurants and shops are literally 50 metres away and I loved that. It also offered comfort, luxury and peace/quiet which is what I wanted.
I loved the bath tub, extra large bath towels, and complimentary bathrobes.
The king sized bed and mountain of pillows was lux especially when I didn't have to share them.
The heated pool was literally on my doorstep and it was so nice to take a quick late-winter dip.
It was also great to have allocated parking in the basement carpark and the security measures to get into the parking structure and into/out of the building and security gates was easy. I really appreciated the extra level of security. It made me feel safe.
Staff were very responsive and easy to contact; from the booking process to locating the hotel and finding my afterhours check in pack/envelope it was just so easy. Thank you. I had a great stay and will stay again. I highly recommend this venue.

The view is fabulous! The apartment was amazingly well appointed - it has everything you need for a self catering stay. The owner / manager is very nice and friendly. The car park was right outside the apartment.

Parts of Paihia are very hilly, however, this motel is located on the flatter part of the town and it’s only a few minutes walk from the main town centre.
Our two bedroom apartment in the new wing was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom were a good size too.

We loved our stay in the deluxe studio. The view overlooks the bay to Russell. The apartment/studio is impeccable with everything you need and more. Supermarket in walking distance, 10 minutes maximum and in the other direction Paihia wharf and town- 15 minutes maximum. It was very quiet even though there were lots of guests. The spa overlooking the bay was a highlight.
The flat was very comfortable to stay in during 12 days. The view from the balcony was spectacular and everchanging. The hosts were engaging, very friendly, responsive, informative and 24/7 reachable. The apartment was very clean. We would come back any time.
