Location was great for us, family down the road, great bakery almost next door and a short walk to sit at the beach and just enjoy the view. Charles was very thoughtful, excellent communication and the accommodation very clean and well presented . We will be back.

A wonderful location in the heart of Raumati South. Easy walk to the shops and local cafes and restaurants. We were across the road from the beach. We had a family room and an accessible room for our mother as she is an older lady. Her room was all on one level and perfect for her needs and the shower was also not over a bath which was perfect for her. Rooms were clean and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay

It's a very big place -- especially for just 1 bed, with 2 TV's (one gigantic) and 2 toilets (one on each floor). Hosts are friendly and very accommodating for our dietary breakfast requests (vegan) - exceeding expectations. The place has everything you need and is in great condition. If you don't need WIFI - this place is almost perfect.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Cute little section with stunning gardens. Unit although not specifically mentioned as wheelchair accessible was plenty roomy for my husbands wheelchair to navigate
Excellent large apartment. Plenty of storage space. Very modern, clean and tidy. Unit well featured with very good kitchen area and utensils. Plenty of hot water. Well laid out. Very comfy bed. Quiet with tranquil surroundings.
Certainly will stay there again if we are in the vicinity.

The apartment was so clean and had everything you could need the facilities were great air-conditioned with great cooking facilities. The only thing missing was a TV that would have been nice but would Definitely stay again
Very peaceful and quiet. Lots of thoughtful extras like breakfast supplied and very well equipped kitchen. Bed was very comfortable with a choice of bedding covers which was ideal on a hot night. Liveky bathroom facilities. All round a very well appointed apartment. The instructions from the owner were welcoming and nice and clear, and the free wifi was helpful given no TV.
Fab relaxing welcome, great location one hour north of Wellington from the ferry, easy to find, lovely studio in the garden with well equipped kitchen, shower room and spacious bedroom. Interesting teas provided, plunger coffee, and yoghurt, bread and cereal for breakfast. Bath in the garden (yes!) If you want it.
Super lovely host, easy communication. Everything you need for a long or short stay. Lovely garden views and deck with furniture to use. Quiet area, lots of trees and birds. Nice little extras in the apartment to make the stay nicer
