Location is in the country about 4ks from New Plymouth city. Chalets have balconies with comfortable chairs so you can sit and enjoy the views of the sea and sunset. Lovely and quiet very private with a car park right outside your chalet door. We chose a superior apartment for extra room. The living area was upstairs with an extra bathroom plus 2 sofas to lounge on. The bedroom was downstairs with a very luxurious bathroom with double handbasins and double shower heads in the large shower. Upon arrival there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us.
Featuring river views, Taranaki Experience provides accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge, around 7.3 km from Yarrow Stadium.

It was an amazing experience. The host is very lovely. The house is clean and everything required is there. I would definitely recommend it. We traveled with a baby and it was very comfortable and convenient.

The apartment was lovely. It was sunny, with a lovely garden, a sweet outdoor area. It was the nicest apartment we've stayed in and will be our New Plymouth go to in future.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ocean.
We enjoyed the sunsets and the sound of the waves at night. The beach was a 3 minute walk from the bottom of the garden.
The location is excellent with New Plymouth and the National Park easily accessible.
The people running the accommodation were really helpful and friendly, and they were always close by to help out. We were also pleasantly surprised at the quality and size of the accommodation and the rooms - we were expecting a small one room apartment and it was really big! We also had a carpark right outside our door, and the restaurant was just across the way with a wheelchair entrance.
