Very shortly and easy walk to shops. Heating was sensational, the split system was on when were arrived, but we didn’t even need it to keep the rooms warm.
I like the property but the lady on duty in restaurant was not help and was talking to us very badly.
I only ask to her to worm up milk my child or when I ask I will pay for extra milk she was not letting us to do that but rest of the staff was wry kind to us.
Room was small as expected after reading the other reviews. The pool could be used once you had removed the cover. The spa had hot water but jets were still not working. Management said thanks for letting them know. Other guests had already done that a few weeks ago. The property was fine for a few days to be active and explore the National Park as long as you had prepared for the available facilities (e.g. microwave only, kitchen was only cleaned by guests) but with a bit more TLC and guest mindset it would be a truly outstanding place.
The apartment was very spacious, kitchen was fairly well stocked, location is ideal for the tongariro alpine crossing although unfortunately we weren't able to do it during our stay due to the weather !
This is a self catering, well equipped, modern apartment with two bedrooms (each with king sized beds - which can be separated as required). Nice shower/bathroom (no toileteries supplied). Very good laundry facilites in the apartment. Very convenient for the Tongariro national park and Tongariro Crossing.
We had a two bedroom apartment which was cosy and clean. We liked the location which had a good variety of eating options around, and having ski rentals across the road helped.
Modern 2 bedroom apartment. Well provisioned for self catering. Comfy, cosy and clean. Paid laundry facilities were handy after doing the Tongariro day crossing. Definitely take up the offer of the in house massage. Well worth it.
