We were grateful for the warm welcome, and how they presented all the furniture and Deco art in the house. It really showcased how much time and effort they put in to make sure our stay was good. We would rate this house 10/10, but if we could, we would rate this a 20.

The location on the beachfront was perfect for a nice walk at night and in the morning with lovely coffee shops and bars.
The room was massive with the beds being really comfortable.
We only stayed 1 night but was perfect for what we needed and if we ever visit again we will definitely stay here again.

Could not fault this little unit. Ideal for couples with good facilities, comfortable bed, great shower with lovely soft towels,warm and private. Could cook if you wished or stroll down to the many eating houses less than 10 minutes away . A hot tub in private patio area a real drawcard although we didn't have time to use it.
We recommend this unit and rate it a 10.

Excellent position and comfortably appointed property
Superb location in central Napier within walking distance of many restaurants, Marine Parade, the museum etc. Views to the sea. Super comfortable and spacious apartment, especially for just 2 people. We loved all the windows letting light and sunshine stream in. The kitchen is very well equipped. Great to have free, secure parking. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
Comfortable and full of character, we were really happy with our stay. The host was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations.
The apartment has lots of art to discover and it was quiet at night so we slept really well.
We had stayed in lots of very modern apartments on this trip so we loved the personality and charm of this place. There was plenty to eat for breakfast. We liked being close to Bluff lookout and a short drive down the hill into town.

Ultra modern kitchen, bathrooms, and butler’s pantry share this spacious penthouse with exquisite antiques, worldwide collectibles, museum quality paintings and sculptures….truly a feast for the eyes. All appliances and amenities were first class, including luxurious bath products and linens.
The apartment is also located in the central city and waterfront so easy access to restaurants and
places of interest.
The spa bath was amazing, quality of bed, linen was divine, really enjoyed how clean the entire apartment was. The tea coffee selection, along with the bedside chocolates were beautiful.
