I have answered all these questions, but don't know if you received my answers as my computer lost all power. Our time at Hazel's was really good, we were even able to use the outdoor area which was great. Loved the decor and the organised kitchen which had a plunger coffee which my Husband really enjoyed using, especially as you had some coffee for him to use. The biscuits were higher standard than the average rooms we had been before.
As having driven for a few hours, the walk in shower was of a great comfort to us,

It was so comfortable. The beds are great. The property is so quiet and peaceful and the owner was nice and understanding of how tired we were. Also extremely accommodating when I needed to change my check in time. Their response to my request was very quick.

This is a serene retreat away from stress. Most calming and peacefully quiet place. Chris and Maggie are exceptionally gracious hosts who did everything possible to make our stay extra special.

Really friendly host, beautiful, clean room with very comfortable beds.
Very well appointed. There's even a set of playing cards - hey kids, google " how to amuse yourself without an electronic device". We would definitely "Stay Here" again.
Staff was very nice and helpful. We came a day earlier than booked and could book extra night with very short notice and even with extra person. Studio was clean, warm and comfy. Beds were also really comfortable and soft. Location is a 10-15 mins walk away from center of Matamata.
Wonderful stay at the Matamata Lodge! Very well sign posted, especially at night. Glen was very welcoming. The studio apartment was beautiful - lovely decor and had everything you needed! Some lovely extra touches like complimentary port! The breakfast was in little containers that we could lay out ourselves which was really convenient and the blueberry pancakes and whipped cream were amazing! Thanks for a lovely stay.
