The cereals provided along with the fresh milk were a lovely addition to the accommodation. The 1 Bedroom unit was spacious, lovely lounge area and dining area. Kitchen was large and all that you would need was at hand. Super clean and tidy throughout. The bed was sooooo comfy and the electric blankets were terrific on a chilly night. Location was handy to all the areas we needed to go to. Totally recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the region. Communication with the hosts was easy and they let you know exactly what was happening and how. Footnote: Plenty of instructions on hand in the unit explaining how everything works or was located.

I cannot comment on this property. I booked this accommodation through Booking.com. On the initial paperwork/information I was sent nothing was mentioned about the method of access to the property being a key in a lockbox. We left our home four days prior to the date of our arrival at The Loft. Once we left our home we had no means of obtaining our emails and hence never received the email from Booking.com instructing us about the key in the lockbox. On arrival at The Loft we found no person to help us and although we phoned the phone numbers on the printout confirmation I had downloaded these numbers were incorrect or not in use. We tried 018 directory service for the phone numbers of The Loft, Gladstone Winery and Booking.com but they could not assist us. As it was now dark we went back to Greytown and booked alternative accommodation. I appreciate this is no reflection on the quality/standard of the accommodation. Upon returning home I have tried numerous times with Booking.com to sort this problem out and maybe obtain a refund or part refund, Nothing to date. Lesson learnt I will NEVER use Booking.com again. In closing I add I have booked accommodation in England and Europe through other online providers and never had a problem or hiccup.

This was a very pretty little place in an absolutely lovely location. SInce it was a last minute booking in the holiday season and not even the town we had wanted to stay in I think we did very well. I liked the very casual atmosphere and the friendliness of the owners and their family.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Wow! What an amazing space. This property exceeded our expectations. The apartment was huge, bright, comfortable and tasteful. The beds with their weighted duvets were super comfy. The big smart TV was a bonus. Nice to have an espresso machine and coffee pods. The location was top notch and suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Masterton.
Great location, central to amenities. Clean spacious apartment with quality furnishings, bed was so comfortable, having two bathrooms was a bonus. Great communication from staff. We will definitely book again if we return to the Wairarapa.
Motel experience. Apartment had two bedrooms and a sofabed. Management was responsive when we discovered the sofabed did not have sheets. Parking spaces right in front of unit.
Cosy well equipped 'granny flat' my 4 year old loved having 'our own little house' to live in. The stocked fridge, fruit and treats were an unexpected surprise, thanks Miranda.
The local cafes where great off-road parking was great as I have some valuables, I could leave in the vehicle with confidents
Stairs where a climb luckily the lift was a fantastic bonus.

A fantastic modern apartment in central Masterton which is great for families and groups. Really spacious and super clean. Beds were comfortable. Secure parking. Great communication. Will definitely stay again - couldn’t be happier.
Really enjoyed staying here. We were in the studio apartment attached to the house which was very spacious and had everything we needed and more. Bed was very comfy and breakfast was fab. We would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts are very friendly and give lots of recommendations of what to do in the local area.
