The apartment is really comfortable and has great views. The owners were very friendly and made us most welcome. It forms a great base for exploring Christchurch and the beautiful Banks peninsular.

The rooms are upstairs and the owners live downstairs. The apartment was a decent size with two rooms, the bedroom and the living room. There is a telescope in the living room. No smart TV but it did not bother us. A small stereo in the living room. We were the only guests but there are another two rooms that were not rented out.
