Very big apartment with 3 bed rooms and well equipped kitchen, washing machine. Very convenient for family stay. 800 meters from hotel to the hot water beach. 20mins drive to Hahei beach. Friendly staff will tell you how to book tours or water taxi :) the only thing needs to be mentioned is that we found a lot of live ants in electrical kettle. We were scared about it.
The service was phenomenal!! The park staff went above and beyond to help us when our car battery was flat, trying with two battery pack chargers and then a car when necessary. We were in a real pickle when we visited the beach and yet again our car battery was flat and the staff were so kind in helping us ensuring we had a smooth journey home.
