The 2bedroom apartment was plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 children. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The room was very clean and comfortable and was serviced daily a delight to return to at the end of a very busy and full on day. We had a disability studio due to needing wheelchair access. The bathroom was clean and spacious. High water pressure made for a greater experience.
My grandchildren enjoyed the horses and the beautiful personalities of the dogs. It's different to other motel stays because of the animals. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made us feel so welcome, when we go to Hawera again, I am going to book there again. Thankyou so much for having us and there were a lot of us. I booked two apartments they suited our large family.
Perfect place to stay for two nights whilst I attended a local dog agility show. The host, Penny, was easy to communicate with and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The studio was comfortable and well-equipped, with great kitchen facilities and a lovely, modern, clean bathroom. The motel is in a great location, being only a short drive in to Hawera and, despite being on SH3, was pretty quiet.
The cleaning lady was wonderful.
After stuffing up letting our room to a stranger, the manager offered us a free *limited choice dinner. Once he checked with the big boss...
