I cannot comment on this property. I booked this accommodation through Booking.com. On the initial paperwork/information I was sent nothing was mentioned about the method of access to the property being a key in a lockbox. We left our home four days prior to the date of our arrival at The Loft. Once we left our home we had no means of obtaining our emails and hence never received the email from Booking.com instructing us about the key in the lockbox. On arrival at The Loft we found no person to help us and although we phoned the phone numbers on the printout confirmation I had downloaded these numbers were incorrect or not in use. We tried 018 directory service for the phone numbers of The Loft, Gladstone Winery and Booking.com but they could not assist us. As it was now dark we went back to Greytown and booked alternative accommodation. I appreciate this is no reflection on the quality/standard of the accommodation. Upon returning home I have tried numerous times with Booking.com to sort this problem out and maybe obtain a refund or part refund, Nothing to date. Lesson learnt I will NEVER use Booking.com again. In closing I add I have booked accommodation in England and Europe through other online providers and never had a problem or hiccup.

This was a very pretty little place in an absolutely lovely location. SInce it was a last minute booking in the holiday season and not even the town we had wanted to stay in I think we did very well. I liked the very casual atmosphere and the friendliness of the owners and their family.

Perfectly located for a stroll into town, sun filled spacious bedroom over looking trees, the apartment was super clean, quiet, warm & catered for all our needs. The bed was huge & comfortable, the shower was fantastic, breakfast provided, great value for money.. what more could you want? Downstairs was a lounge area & kitchen, upstairs the large bedroom

Absolutely loved our stay at Shy Studio. The room was a great size and the bed was extremely comfortable. The owners left lots of lovely little touches around the place, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We also booked out the outdoor bath and would highly recommend. Overall, had a great night and we are already keen to come back!
Beautiful decor and quality furnishings. Very spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was a cold evening, and the place was warm on my arrival which was nice. I had a Teams meeting online and the owners were very lovely and accommodating, letting me stay longer past my checkout time. Great stay and close to town for an easy walk to the local establishments.
