Very short stay, just a quick stopover on the way through, but great Kiwi hospitality (and good facilities from what we could see in darkness - arrived late, left early)
The apartment was perfect for a stopover between Central Otago and Hanmer Springs. The staff were great, the beds were comfortable and it was clean. The kitchen area was looking a bit worn, but overall everything was fine.
No sooner had the car been parked that Sarah was there to greet my husband and me. Showed us which was our lounge and on-suite bedroom, where we would have breakfast and asked us at what time we would like to eat. Then insisted on making us a pot of tea and a flat white . Our rooms were very large with TV in the lounge and bedroom. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the fresh milk (cow juice in England) was lovely.
Superb host and definitely the place to stay in that area.
it was clean and well serviced. The staff were were helpful.
The kitchen had everything needed for self catering.
Supermarket was very close.
There was a fridge in the room.
